Let me tell you about Seeds of Hope Publishers

Let me tell you about a place.

It’s been called the “Reader’s Digest of the Hunger World”

It’s a place I write for a lot.

And, I am so blessed to be a part of their team. They even gave me this T-shirt!

Seeds of Hope Publishers “is a private, independent group of believers responding to a common burden for the poor and hungry of God’s world, and acting on the strong belief that biblical mandates to feed the poor were not intended to be optional. The group seeks out people of faith who feel called to care for poor and hungry people; and to affirm, enable and empower a variety of responses to the problems of poverty.”

Together, we write about social injustices, famine, war; water shortages…

Acts of God. Both good and bad. (Check out our “Acts of God” issue to see what I’m talking about. You can read it here.)

You name it. We share it.

We want the world to know that people are hurting.

We also want them to know how they can help.

If you feel you would enjoy our content, hop on over to www.seedspublishers.org.

You may also sign up for our free quarterly newsletter “Hunger News and Hope.” It’s my favorite. Our editorial team picks a new theme each quarter and the issue arrives free directly to our email inbox. Email seedseditor1@gmail.com if you’d like to be included on our list.

Seeds of Hope also has church resources, workshops for both adult and children’s ministries + more, all with a hunger emphasis.

I started writing for them… I can’t even tell you how long ago. At least seven or more years. It all started with a chat with the editor, Katie Cook. (Who is fantabulous, btw.) I had taken a huge hiatus from my writing,(That’s a whole other post for another day.) and had mentioned to her that I was a writer when I lived in Dallas. She asked if I’d be interested in writing something up for Seeds and the rest is history. I am so blessed that these Christ-following hunger fighters allow me to hang out with them. They are the super heroes of the publishing world

I do hope you check out the site and subscribe to the free quarterly newsletter. The articles always inspire me to take action and give me hope for a better future. I guess that’s why it’s called “Hunger News and Hope.”
