Cotton candy pom poms.
I don’t know what these are, but they bring me happiness.
They grow about three feet tall in my yard. These giant plants with prickly, stand-offish leaves, thick, fuzzy stalks and an over-all gruesome “I’m coming to life and eating you like in that ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ movie” vibe.
And, then this cotton candy pom pom bursts out the top.
Creation is a funny thing. Just when you think it can’t get any worse…
A beautiful thing pops out of the ugly.
Life is like that too. There is ALWAYS a rainbow. There is ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel. There is ALWAYS a way out of the junk we got ourselves into.
Stay true. Stay in the faith. Persevere.
