Take 5 Minutes for Yourself Today

I had this thought while I was sitting outside today.

I’ll never see THESE clouds again.

I know that may seem dark or dramatic. That explains me in a nutshell 🤣

But these exact clouds will never be in this same place again. Never.

And I got to witness them because I took five minutes from my day and went outside to breathe.

Being outside for even a few minutes always makes me feel more relaxed and sane no matter what is going on in my life.

And I know you may be saying:

“But I don’t have time to do that, you crazy hippie chic.”

Even if it’s for 5 minutes. Try it.

Taking time outside and for yourself is SO important. It can:

🥰 Brighten a gloomy mood.
🌞 Get some vitamin D, which helps with depression
🍁 See some things you’ll never see again. Like the leaves changing and God’s beautiful clouds.
