Our current relationship with money is explained a lot by our past experiences and the attitudes around it that we’ve been taught. In 2025, I want to change my attitude–my perceptions–around money.

Recently, I started looking for positive money affirmations. And as you may have guessed since you are here looking for info on what the Bible says about money, wealth, prosperity and abundance, you probably know that there aren’t a lot out here. Specifically Christian ones anyway.

So I gathered some for you.

Here are 10 scriptures you should read every day to help you change your mindset about money.

God supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory.
“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:19

I am blessed and highly favored by the Lord.
“For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield.” – Psalm 5:12

The Lord is my Shepherd; I lack nothing.
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” – Psalm 23:1

I prosper in all things, just as my soul prospers.
“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” – 3 John 1:2

God’s blessings chase me down and overtake me.
“And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God.” – Deuteronomy 28:2

I am the head and not the tail, above and not beneath.
“The Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God.” – Deuteronomy 28:13

God’s plans for me are good, filled with hope and a future.
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” – Jeremiah 29:11

I am fruitful and multiply in every good work.
“And God blessed them. And God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it.’” – Genesis 1:28

The Lord makes me rich, and He adds no sorrow to it.
“The blessing of the Lord makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.” – Proverbs 10:22

I walk in abundance because Jesus came to give me life to the fullest.
“I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” – John 10:10
