I realized something recently.

I don’t really know you.

I don’t know your hopes and dreams.

I don’t know your passion.

And that has to stop today!

I have one question for you:

Are you a writer at heart?

You know I am. So, I was wondering how many other people are out here wishing, praying and hoping that one day they could write their book.

Like I used to be.

Back when life got in the way and writing my book was just a dream locked in a bottle labeled “Some Day.”

Depressing, isn’t it?

Life still gets in the way but I’m way better about making my life’s dream my priority. But it took time, focus, and surrounding myself with the right (or should I say “write”) people in my life.

So, do you dream of writing a book? Do you have an idea — a roadmap — or absolutely no idea?

Do I have a deal for you!

Join me in my new Facebook Group called “Let’s Write Already!” It’s a place of encouragement, motivation, writing hacks, tutorials and just plain FUN with other people who have put off their passion for writing for way too long.

  1. I grew up wanting to be a writer. I read a lot, and I wrote a lot. I took part in writing workshops. Eventually, I got a couple of things published. Talking with my therapist a few years ago, I spoke about my dream of writing and about how much I still had backlogged, which no publisher seemed to want to consider. She encouraged me to self-publish. After several sessions, I finally took her advice. My writing has not made me rich or successful. I don’t spend nearly enough time advertising or promoting my work. But it feels good to know that my words and ideas exist in book form and can be bought through amazon. That has made a difference. J.

    1. This encouraged me and blessed me so much. A group member posted today and said, “I must keep writing.” It’s so true. When you are a writer It’s just “in you.” That’s one of the reason I formed our Facebook group. So we could be with like-minded creatives who “get us.”
